[ Biography ]

Malvina- Nikoletta Androni is a choreographer, videographer, multi-disciplinary artist, designer and architect born in 1990 in Athens and raised in Luxembourg. She is a graduate of the Architecture school of University of Patras, of the Msc “Design of Interactive and Industrial products and systems” of the Products and System design engineering department of University of the Aegean and a student of Comma choreography Masters of Codarts and Fontys, universities of the arts, Netherlands. She started dancing in 1994 and choreographing in 2016. She has participated in dance, choreography, dramaturgy, theater, performance and voicing workshops with: Angeliki Stellatou, Guy Cools, Michael Klien, Benno Voorham, Konstantin Mihos, Aria Boumpaki, Lenio Kaklea, Niskria- Elena Kazantzidi, Libby Farr, Giannis Antoniou, Amy Raymond (Forsythe improvisation techniques), Tasos Karachalios, Alexis Fousekis, Iliana Kalapotharakou, Rakesh Sukesh, Kristina & Sadé Alleyne, Rafika Chawise etc. Her choreographic works include: How to _ without _ (March 2020), Video solo performance, Fauvía (July 2019), Dance solo inspired by a musical composition by George Hatzimichelakis, Sunday Visit to Uncle Sigmund’s (May 2018), dance performance, part of the Music in Motion 2018 festival, Trianon Theater, Athens, Reminiscence of an Imitation (March 2018) dance performance, part of the Unit Motives: Cage festival, Vitruvian Thing, Thessaloniki, Her Gaze (October 2017): videodance, presented at the Athens Video Dance Festival 2017, in Dance Days Chania 2018, and in Quinzena de Dança de Almada 2019 and The Gaze of the Other (October 2016) dance performance, presented at the First Young Choreographers festival, To treno sto rouf, Athens.
