Conor O'Boyle was born in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. He holds a BA in Music from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a Masters in Scoring for Film and Visual Media from Pulse College/Windmill Lane and Dublin Institute of Technology. Conor has worked with internationally respected band "And So I Watch You From Afar" on their new Audio/Visual show "Jettison' and has also worked with award winning filmmakers; Sean Mullan and Michael Barwise. Conor also works in concert music and has had his compositions performed in King's Hall and The Sage, Newcastle. He also is a recording artist with pieces recorded in BNR and DOLI studios Sofia, Bulgaria and Windmill Lane, Dublin, Ireland. He releases popular music under the moniker of "Platonic Shapes" and lectures on the "Film Scoring Summer Programme."
